Write yI was a long-term gosmokefree customer. I was satisfied, even though the intensity of the flavors of the different liquids was variable, it was always bearable. The turning point came recently when I ordered Cherry liquid HS Vapourmx. Instead of cherry, I got a clear liquid, no flavors, it was disgusting and it was impossible to smoke. I wrote to them about it. They told me to send it back to them, after which I wrote back that sending them 3 bottles was totally disadvantageous. That's the end of it. I made another order and ordered another Cherry liquid and wrote to the order to check if the color of the liquid corresponded to the flavor. I couldn't believe they did the same to me again. I got a colorless, tasteless, disgusting liquid again. I wrote to them, this time they didn't even answer me. It's outrageous behavior and I would never use this company again. I consider it a fraud and they approach the whole thing by not being responsible for it. But if they can pack the liquid in a bag, it is no problem to open the box and check the color of the e-liquid. They didn't do it, they don't care. Even though their customer is asking for it because he had a problem. This review is intended to serve anyone who buys something from this company. Remember, this is not a company that really cares about customers and they don't have replacements in their vocabulary.
