"Pretty Decent, But I Dramatically Needed More Nicotine"
I ordered from gosmokefree.co.uk it was fine overall. Delivery was okay, nothing went horribly wrong, no parcel disaster or anything like that. But the nicotine strength felt weaker than I expected, and I found myself using it way more than usual, which made me feel like I was in some kind of endless vape survival mission. It wasn’t bad at all, just not as satisfying as I hoped. I’d maybe try a stronger option next time.

I had to chase them twice about my refund, which was frustrating, especially after they made it sound like it would be sorted sooner. It felt like one of those broken promises where you keep waiting and nothing happens unless you follow up. To be fair, they did eventually reply and I got my money back, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Just slower than it should’ve been, and they really could’ve been clearer about what was going on

My order from GoSmokeFree was mostly fine, but one of the flavours wasn’t the one I picked. It wasn’t the end of the world because I could still use it, but it’s annoying when you order specific stuff and expect it to be exactly right. Delivery was okay and the rest of the order matched, so no major drama. I’d probably order again, but these places always need to double-check orders better before sending them out.

I’ve ordered from gosmokefree.co a few times now, it’s been a tiny miracle every time. My usual coils and liquids are actually in stock, which feels almost unheard of compared to other sites where everything disappears into the abyss. Ordering was quick and painless, with no dramatic waiting around for restocks. Happy with it, to be honest.

Maybe it was just a busy day, I don’t know, but still, when you’re standing around that long, you start noticing every little thing. Overall, not great tbh.

The site itself was fine. Easy enough to get around, no real issues there. But the selection… just felt a bit thin. I was looking for a couple of specific vape bits and some flavours, and there just wasn’t much that matched. Had a look around for a while, then ended up going to another shop instead. I had to return something because I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and the process was straightforward. I filled out the return form, sent it back, and just waited. It did take a few days for them to get back to me, but once they did, the refund went through without any issues. I feel like companies are usually like this with returns, if the process works, the only thing that really matters is how fast they respond. Would’ve been 5 stars if they’d replied a bit quicker, but overall I can’t really complain.

I’ve tried a few flavours now and they’ve all been good. The berry one is definitely my favourite so far, it’s not too sweet and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste some others do. Based on that one alone, I’d say they seem to know what they’re doing with flavours. Delivery was fine as well, no issues there. I’ll probably order again when I’m running low.

"Decent packaging, no drama for once"
Ordered from gosmokefree.co.uk and, i was just glad it turned up without another little hassle to deal with. The box was neat, not bashed about, and everything inside was packed securely with no bits rattling around. Bottles were sealed properly too, so no leaks to clean up, which was a relief. I’m giving 4 stars because there did seem to be a bit more plastic than necessary, but overall it did the job and I didn’t have to chase anyone or complain, so I’ll take that...

I bought this from gosmokefree.co a few months ago, it’s been a nice reminder that some things don’t need to be fancy to be reliable. I’m not exactly gentle with it, it’s been dropped a couple of times, but it’s still working perfectly fine. The battery cover and buttons still feel solid too, which I appreciate more than I thought I would. No issues so far, and I’m happy with it overall.
